Photos and snap pictures of-Jardín Botánico de Rio Piedras The Botanical Garden/El Jardin Botanico It is located in the University of Puerto Rico, the National Botanical Garden of Puerto Rico is affiliated with the UPR University of Puerto Rico. It has a beautiful collection of palms, heliconias and Orchids in the South garden and local and endangered flora in the North side. Our acknowledgement to Mr. 'Gino' Ferreira for organizing such a wonderful photo trip. There are so many photo ops that they can not be covered with just one visit; A single element like the Egret, Gooses, Ducks, Lotus, Iguanas etc. may be enough to take a few dozen shots of any of these permanent residents. Entrance is free, bring enough memory cards or film, wear confy shoes and be ready to be surrounded by lush green vegetation. Be prepared to witness beautiful weddings as well :o) 0 Weddings are a common sight in El Jardín Botánico
